RE-ARRANGEMENT OF LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE



The  Board of Directors of Saku Õlletehas AS submitted today  a

package  of  principles  to  the  company’s  Supervisory  Board

proposing   re-arrangements  in  the  enterprise’s  management.

According   to   the  proposed  principles,   the   operational

management   would  become  the  exclusive  responsibility   of

respective  head of sphere, while the Board of Directors  would

focus on the strategic management of the enterprise.



In    order    to    increase   managerial   efficiency,    the

responsibilities  of  the  company’s leadership  would  be  re-

distributed  to  increase the speed of  decision-making.  Human

resources  management and financial affairs  would  become  the

sole responsibility of the company’s head of personnel and CFO,

respectively.



In   connection   with   the  proposed   re-arrangements,   the

enterprise’s  Board  of  Directors decided  today  to  withdraw

responsibilities of Mrs. Kersti Kurre, the current director  of

human resources and financial affairs, and Mr. Riho Sõber,  the

director of production, as the Board of Directors.



There are five members in the Board of Directors:  Cardo Remmel 

(Chairman of the Board),  Marko Loos,  Karin Sepp,  Jüri Jänese 

and Ants Tulp.
