INTRODUCTION OF PART-TIME WORKING



With regard to the current situation in Russian car industry, AS Norma has

planned to impose part-time working and holiday with partial pay on its 

employees on 2 and 3 January 2003 and during the period from 20 January 

until 31 January 2003.

The change in the working regime concerns 739 employees and the Labour 

Inspectorate issued a relevant permit on 6 November 2002.

Part-time working and holiday with partial pay will not be imposed on the 

subsidiaries to AS Norma and the division manufacturing products for 

Autoliv.
