BALTIKA TRANSFERRED TO MAIN LIST



On February 14, 2003 the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee decided 

to satisfy application of AS Baltika and to transfer 5 444 450 shares of 

AS Baltika from TSE I-List to TSE Main List on February 17, 2003.
