CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARDS



On  March  6,  2003, the new members of  the  Supervisory

Boards  of  AS Eesti Telefon and AS EMT had  their  first

meetings. Jaan Männik, the Chairman of the Management Board 

of AS Eesti  Telekom, was  elected  to be the Chairman of 

both the  Supervisory Board of AS Eesti Telefon and the 

Supervisory Board of AS EMT.
