COUNCIL MEMBERS



At the annual general meeting of AS Merko Ehitus held on April 8 2003

Mr Toomas Annus, chairman of the council, was re-elected as a member

of the council and Mr Ott Kikkas and Mr Teet Roopalu were elected as

new council members starting from April 12 2003 onwards.



Job descriptions of the new members for the past few years are the

following:



Mr Ott Kikkas

AS Merko Ehitus, building director since January 1997

Mr Kikkas owns 7 % of the shares of AS Merko Grupp.



Mr Teet Roopalu

AS Merko Ehitus, adviser since November 2002

AS EE Grupp, director of finance from April 1996 to November 2002

Mr Roopalu owns 1 500 shares of AS Merko Ehitus.
