CONCLUDING A CONTRACT



On May 31th 2003 AS Merko Ehitus and AS Tallinna Sadam concluded

a contract for construction works of Muuga Harbour coal terminal.

Price of the contract is EEK 857 270 000 incl. VAT (54 789 399 euros

incl. VAT).

Completion time for the works is set on December 31 2004.
