FOUNDATION OF OÜ SKANO



OÜ Skano (registry code: 10967536) with share capital of 40,000

kroons, the company owned by 100 percent of AS Viisnurk, was

registered on September 1, this year. Skano was established with the

aim of enhancing the sales and marketing activities in the area of

furniture production as well as offering new logistic solutions. Skano

will start operation starting from 2004 at the most important target

market for Viisnurk - in German-speaking countries of Europe (Germany,

Austria, Switzerland).



At the end of September, AS Viisnurk and its long-term cooperation

partner from Switzerland, who we aim at tightening the strategic

cooperation with, shall participate in the M.O.W. (Möbel Ordermesse

Westfalica) in Barntrup, Germany’s largest wholesale fair for

specialists, and present our new modern line of furniture.
