CHANGE IN 2004 FINANCIAL CALENDAR



Due to a change in Swedbank’s financial calendar, Hansabank’s annual

reporting date will change.



As a result, Hansapank will publish the 2003 unaudited consolidated

financial results on February 17.



The other dates in the financial calendar will remain unchanged.



The 2003 annual report will be published on week 14 the latest.

The 2004 interim reports will be published on:



Q1 report      on May 4

Q2 report      on August 18

Q3 report      on October 29
