ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO THE DIVIDENDS



AS  Eesti  Telekom will fix the list of shareholders  for

dividend  payment on June 8, 2004 at 8.00 a.m.  Dividends

will be paid on June 17, 2004.



Paying out dividends to a shareholder does not depend  of

whether he has accepted the offer of Baltic Tele AB  from

14  April 2004 to acquire all shares of AS Eesti  Telekom

or not.
