NEW BUSINESS NAME OF PREATONI PANK



According to the decision of the general meeting of AS Preatoni Pank of

 24.05.2004, the new name of the bank is AS SBM Pank. 



On 18.06.2004 the registry department of Tallinn city court recorded the

 infomation about change of business name. 



As of 22.06.2004, the member of Tallinn Stock Exchange, AS SBM Pank, trades 

under the new short name SBM.
