CHANGES TO THE COUNCIL OF LITHUANIAN HANSABANKAS



An extraordinary shareholders meeting of Hansabankas has been convened

on 20 October to decide on changes to the bank's council.



The meeting is to recall Erkki Raasuke, vice-chairman of the Board and

managing director of the Estonian business unit of Hansabank Group as

well as Ingrida Bluma, member of the Board and managing director of

the Latvian business unit of Hansabank Group.

The proposal is to elect Kristina Siimar, CFO and member of the Board

of Hansabank Group and Aivo Adamson, Chief Risk Officer and member of

the Board of Hansabank Group as the new members of the Council.
