On  23  September  2004,  PJSC Grindeks purchased 789 shares of Tallinn

Pharmaceutical Plant (TPP).

After  the  above-mentioned transaction, PJSC Grindeks holds 93.52 % of

the TPP share capital or 1 168 996 shares.
