Varis  Peisenieks  has  submitted  a  resignation letter to Supervisory

Board,  announcing a resignation from Novenber 3, 2004 due to a new job

in  company  "Spilva".  Varis Peisenies has been the executive director

for  over  four  years.  The  company  has  opened  the vacancy for the

position.
