With   regard   to  the  information  published  by  mass  media  about

"Daugavpils  Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca" plans for 2005, we inform you

that  currenty the contract signing process has started, thus formation

of  the  order package for 2005 is in progress. Therefore, right now it

is  premature  to  forecast  the profit for 2005. In November Managment

Board  will  discuss the draft budget for 2005 and duly advise the Riga

Stock Exchange on any forecasts.



JSC "DLRR"on August 16, 2004 re-registered at the Company Register with

number 40003030219, at the same time changing the company name from JSC

"Lokomotīve" to JSC "Daugavpils Lokomotīvju Remonta Rūpnīca".
