RSE  Management  Board  resolved  to reduce the number of JSC "Latvijas

tilti"  listed  shares  by 2013, starting with September 22, 2004, upon

the  request  by  the  Company. The Company has converted a part of the

Management  Board  reserve  shares  into  non-public employee shares in

connection with the new Commercial Law coming into effect.
