JSC  "Rīgas  raugs"  extraordinary  general  meeting of shareholders of

August  23,  2004  resolved  to  decline  the  initiative  of  minority

shareholder "Shelby Financial LLC" and Normunds Sinkēvičs to close down

the company operations and to initiate the dissolution process.
