In  compliance  with  the  Law  on  the  Financial  Instruments market,

Estonian joint stock company "Skinest Projekt" (Reg.No10293440) informs

that  it  has acquired qualifying holding in JSC "Lokomotīve", which is

registered in the Republic of Latvia, No 40003030219.



The qualifying holding is  indirectly acquired by buying 100% shares of

JSC  "Remlok"  (Reg.No.40003328908).  The  balance  sheet  of  the  JSC

"Remlok"  includes  investments  in JSC "Lokomotīve" - 4 064 454 shares

(49 % of JSC "Lokomotīve" share capital). 47.96 % (3 978 252 shares) of

these  shares are closed issue shares, but 86 202 shares (1.04%) are in

a public circulation.
