Hereby  JSC Latvian Shipping Company ( LASCO ) informs that it has sold

its  entire  stake  in Balt-Duch Holding N.V . The resolution was taken

based  on  LACSO  Strategic Development Plan 2003 - 2010, that provides

for terminating all types of activity not related to the Company's core

business.
