The  Council  of LatRosTrans, Ltd. being a joint venture between Latvia

and  Russia,  and  a  daughter  company  of  Ventspils  Nafta, JSC, has

appointed  its  Member  -  Mr.Vladimirs  Krastiņš - the Chairman of the

Council.  The  former Chairman - Mr.Guennady Shevtsov was released from

his  obligations  based on his personal wish, however he remains in the

Council of LatRosTrans, Ltd. to continue his work as a Member.

Mr.V.Krastiņš  holds also his post of the Member of both the Council of

Ventspils  Nafta, JSC and the Council of its daughter company Ventspils

Nafta Termināls, Ltd.
