                                  November 14,2003 by Resolution No.259



      Amendments to "Latvian Central Depository (LCD) Regulations"



 The new wording of item 6. shall be:

"6. LCD fees

According  to  Law  on  Securities  LCD  has  the  right  to  receive a

compensation for the services rendered.

The  size  and  type of fees for services provided by the LCD, together

with  the  procedure  of  collection,  shall  be  approved  by  the LCD

Supervisory Board.".
