Following  the decision of the Latvian government to shift the business

days that fall between the weekends and public holidays, the Riga Stock

Exchange  Management  Board  has  resolved  to  transfer  the following

trading sessions:



-           from  November  17,  2003  (Monday)  to  November  15, 2003

(Saturday);



-            from   January  2,  2004  (Friday)  to  January  10,  2004

(Saturday).



The  trading  session  schedule  at  the  end  of 2003 is: December 23,

December  24,  December  29,  and  December 30. Thus, the first trading

session of 2004 will take place on January 5.
