JSC  "Latvijas Gāze" has received from the Financial and Capital Market

Commission  (FCMC) a notification addressed to the company shareholders

-  strategic  investors - with regard to share buyout offer to minority

shareholders.  Presently JSC "Latvijas Gāze" is not able to comment the

further actions of the strategic investor.
