On September 12, 2003 "Parekss ieguldījumu sabiedrība" Management Board

resolved  on  additional  issue  of closed-end fund "Baltijas Nekustamā

Īpašuma  fonds" fund units at total value of USD 3,500,000. Fund expert

panel was charged with the task to revaluate the real estate items that

are in the Fund assets, in order to assess their market value.



Management  Board  resolved  to  give the present investors pre-emptive

rights to the newly issued fund units.



In  order  to  approve  the amendments to the issue prospectus, general

meeting of Fund investors will be convened on October 1, 2003, with the

following agenda:

 1. Fund  asset revaluation results and fund unit value as of September

    30, 2003;

 2. Additional fund unit issue at total value of USD 3,500,000;

 3. Approval of amendments to the issue prospectus;

 4. Primary placement of the additional issue and pre-emptive rights.



Information  about  the  time  and venue of the general meeting will be

published in newspaper "Latvijas Vēstnesis"; the investors will also be

informed in writing.
