JSC "Rīgas Transporta flote" was advised on September 16, 2003 that the

shareholder "Lavinia Corporation Ltd." has transferred 6,559,340 common

voting shares to "Fishfriends Corp. S. A.".



As  a result, "Lavinia Corporation Ltd." holds 11,181,268 common voting

shares,  or  47.96%,  whereas  "Fishfriends Corp.S.A."  holds 6,559,340

common voting shares, or 28.135%.
