On  July  28,  2003  JSC  "Grindeks"  acquired  4000 shares or 0.32% of

capital in Tallinn Pharmaceutical Plant (TPP). As a result of the deal,

JSC "Grindeks" ownership interest in TPP is 76.8% or 959,948 shares.
