JSC  "Latvijas   Gāze"  disposed  of its daughter company SIA "Latvijas

Propāna  Gāze"  on the auction on May 27, 2003. The company was sold to

SIA   "Massonyx  ltd" for LVL 5.02 million. The deal has to be approved

by  the  Competition  Board  prior  to  the  actual ownership transfer.

Currently  the  documents  for  submission to the Competition Board are

under preparation.
