Pursuant  to  the  provisions  of Item 11.2.4.3 of the RSE Enforcement

Note  On  Securities Lists, Riga Stock Exchange Management Board on its

meeting of May 19, 2003 resolved to resume the trading with JSC "Kaija"

shares on the RSE Second list starting with May 19, 2003.

The trading with the company stock was suspended on May 16, 2003 due to

the  failure  of  the issuer to submit the financial statements for the

1st quarter of 2003 within the reporting deadlines.
