JSC  "Grindeks"   management has been advised by its shareholder "Solem

LLC"  on  the  transfer  of  a  part  of  its  holdings in the company:

10,082,900  shares  (or  14%)  of  the  share capital to natural person

Vitālijs  Gavrilovs,  and  286,195 shares (or 3.7% of share capital) to

natural  person  Jānis Naglis. This leaves 2,117,836 shares or 27.404 %

of share capital in "Solem LLC" ownership.

JSC  "Grindeks"  share  capital  is  LVL  7,735,000, built of 7,735,000

shares with nominal value LVL 1.
