On  December  16,  2002,  JSC  "Olainfarm" Management Board resolved on

disposal of 800,000 "Endokriniai preparatai" shares, and on December 17

Supervisory  Board  approved  the resolution. The deal was completed on

December  30,  2002,  the value was EUR 1,500,000. "Olainfarm" acquired

the  shares  in  November of 1997. Since that, "Endokriniai preparatai"

has  been working at a loss, which had a negative impact on "Olainfarm"

performance: hence the resolution to dispose of the holding.
