JSC "Grindeks" repeated general meeting of shareholders will take place

on  December  19,  2002, due to the fact that the extraordinary general

meeting  of  shareholders of December 6, 2002 lacked quorum and did not

have  the  power  to review all the agenda items. The meeting will take

place  at  "Grindeks"  Conference Hall at 53 Krustpils Street, Riga, at

10:00. The agenda remains the pervious:

1. Increase of share capital

2. Amendments to the Charter

3. Other business.
