On  November 25 a transaction took place resulting in a transfer of JSC

"Grindeks" control interest.

The former ownership of 64.4% of share capital held by SIA"Arials", and

1.35%  held  by  "Sampo  Pank", was transferred to LLC"Solem" (USA) and

A.Lipmane (a private individual): 45% or 3,486,931 shares, and 20.7% or

1,600,000 shares respectively.
