Resolution of the RSE Management Board of July 17, 2002:

 1. Pursuant  to  the provisions of the RSE Enforcement Note on Trading

    and  Quotation  and resolution of the RSE Management Board of March

    7,  2002  "Events  when  the  RSE Management Board may cancel price

    spread  limits  for  a  security",  price  spread  limits  shall be

    cancelled for JSC "Misas kūdra" shares for July 17 trading session.
