 In  the  first  four months of the year JSC "Valmieras stikla šķiedra"

gross  sales amounted to LVL 5.9384 million, which is 33% of the target

for  the  year (LVL 17.99 million). Net profit made in 4 months was LVL

382,082, which exceeds the profit target for the entire year 2002.

On  June  7,  2002 AGM of shareholders will convene in order to discuss

the company performance in 2001.
