On December 19, 2001, the Riga Stock Exchange Management Board released

the price spread limit of 15% for "Balta" shares starting with 11:30 on

December  19, setting the maximum spread at LVL 4.50. The resolution is

based  on "Unibanka" application and on provisions of Item IV 32 of the

RSE Enforcement Note on Trading and Quotation.
