Company  gross sales in the first 11 months of 2001 amount to LVL 14.54

million, which is 96.2% of sales target for the year (15.115 million).

The amendments to the Company charter, adopted by the 8th extraordinary

general meeting of shareholders, were registered at Enterprise Register

of  the  Republic  of  Latvia on December 5, 2001. Thus, JSC "Valmieras

stikla  šķiedra"  paid  in  capital,  as  of  December  6,  2001 is LVL

23,903,205.
