JSC "Daugavpils pievadķēžu rūpnīca" has changed its name to JSC "Ditton

pievadķēžu  rūpnīca"  (abbreviated  name  JSC  "DPR"),  pursuant to the

resolution  of  the  extraordinary  general  meeting of shareholders of

December7, 2001.
