Lydur  Arni  Fridjonsson,  Chairman of Management Board at JSC "Gutta",

has released the following opinion about the Company plans for 2002:

1. Company will have a net profit in 2002;

2. Company sales in the Baltics will increase by 10 - 15%;

3. Investment in production equipment, located at Rāmava, is planned in

2002, with the purpose to increase the output capacity;

4. In 2002 it is planned to launch production in the Ukraine.
