The  Riga  Stock  Exchange  Management Board resolved on June 27, 2001,

following  item  I.  4  of  the  Enforcement  Note on Securities Lists,

additional  2  000 AG series mortgage bonds issued by Latvijas Hipotēku

un zemes banka shall be listed on the Official list. Nominal value of a

bond is LVL 100; first quotation date shall be July 2, 2001.
