The  Annual  Reports for 2000 have not been submitted, and trading will

be suspended with the following Free list companies:



Rīgas    Sporta   pils,   Saldus   naftas   bāze,   Viesnīca   Latvija,

Būvmehanizācija,  Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika, Liepājas autobusu parks,

Poligrāfists, Latvijas zoovetapgāde, Metālapstrāde



 RSE  Management Board passed the resolution pursuant to the provisions

of  the  RSE Enforcement Note on Securities Lists. RSE Management Board

will  resolve  on  resuming  the trading on case-by-case bases. The RSE

Management  Board has passed decisions about extension of deadlines for

submission of Annual Reports for 2000 for the following companies:



Grindeks  (till  May  20,  2001), Latvijas Jūras medicīnas centrs (till

June 5,2001)



 The  deadlines  for  submission of financial statements for Quarter 1,

2001 have been extended for:



   Grindeks  (till  May  3, 2001), Balta (till May 4, 2001), Daugavpils

pievadķēžu rūpnīca (till May 5, 2001)



 This   decision  was  made  on  basis  of  company  requests  and  RSE

Enforcement  Note  on  Securities  Lists.  Till July 31, 2001 following

companies should submit their financial reports:



Latvijas  Gāze,  Rīgas kuģu būvētava, Rīgas Transporta flote, Ventspils

nafta, Gutta, Kvadraprint, Liepājas Metalurgs, Olainfarm,



 as well as the following Free list companies:



Ogre,  Radiotehnika  RRR,  Tukums GPS, Rēzekne PKK, Kurzemes atslēga 1,

Liepājas eļļas ekstrakcijas rūpnīca, Latvijas tilti, Lode, Mangaļa KRR,

Rīgas raugs, Salacgrīva 95, Ventspils ZKR



 The deadline dates are based on the RSE Enforcement Note on Securities

Lists,  which  allow  companies  that  correspond  to  two out of three

criteria  (employee  number  exceeds 250, balance sheet total exceeds 1

mln  LVL, and net turnover exceeds 2.4 mln LVL) to prepare their Annual

Reports for seven months.
