In  February of this year insurance group "Balta" in non-life insurance

has  signed in premiums LVL 1 371 129, which is by 19,9% more than last

year, insurance premiums paid out are LVL 739 671. JSC "Balta" contains

19,6% of risk insurance market.

In life insurance JSC "Balta" has received in insurance premiums in the

amount  of  LVL  91 387, which is 26% of Latvian life insurance market,

LVL 74 925 were paid out in insurance premiums.

IG  "Balta"  financial  resources  are  invested in different financial

instruments and they form balanced investment portfolio. In February IG

"Balta" return on invesments was LVL 124 356.
