informing  that  all  shares issued by JSC "Pirma Latvijas Komercbanka"

resolved  by  shareholders  general  meeting  on  December  1,  2000 in

compliance with Regulations and Prospectus, in total 1 500 442 ordinary

shares with voting rights and nominal value LVL 1 are fully paid up. In

compliance  with  JSC  "Pirma  Latvijas  Komercbanka"  Management Board

decision of January 31, 2000 this share issue is closed.
