Insurance  group "Balta" informs that REPO deal between shareholders of

JSC  "Balta"  insurance JSC "Bastions ZS" and insurance JSC "Pareks AK"

was signed in compliance with which on September 19, 2000 JSC "Bastions

ZS"  sold  to  JSC "Pareks AK" 1 000 000 JSC "Balta" shares which makes

21,44%  from  JSC  "Balta" paid up share capital which had to be bought

back by JSC "Bastions ZS" by December 18, 2000.

This  deal  took  place on December 18, 2000 and owner of shares is JSC

"Bastions ZS".
