JSC  "Latvijas  balzams"  informs that, taking into consideration, that

all  activities  of  shareholders  (as  well  as  sale  of  shares)  is

competency  of  shareholders themselves. JSC "Latvijas balzams" can not

comment  activities  of  all  shareholders. Management of JSC "Latvijas

balzams"  is  informed  that  some investors have expressed interest in

acquiring  JSC  "Latvijas  balzams"  shares  or part of them at present

owned by JSC NTBDC.

Management  of  JSC  "Latvijas  balzams"  can not comment on rumours in

media regarding sale of majority interest in JSC "Latvijas balzams".
