JSC  "Balta"  informs  that  Insurance  Supervisory  Body  has  granted

permission   to   JSC   "Balta"   to  take  possession  of  JSC  "Rigas

apdrosinasanas  sabiedriba" signed insurance agreements from January 1,

1999 to January 1, 2000 as positioned on April 1, 2000.
