JSC  Latvijas  Gaze"  will  achieve  budgeted profit for 2000 - LVL 5,6

million.

During  past  year  prices  on  oil  products and gas have increased in

European exchanges; that has affected purchase price in Latvia as well.

Therefore  JSC  "Latvijas Gaze" will not achieve extra profit but there

is  no  foundation for concerns that JSC "Latvijas Gaze" will work with

loses.  JSC  "Latvijas Gaze" has budgeted changes in purchase prices in

budget for 2000 and profit - LVL 5,6

million  has  been  budgeted  considering  aforementioned. Present data

shows that that forest will be achieved.
