JSC  "Balta"  informs  AS  BASTIONS  ZS has executed a repo deal with 1

million JSC "Balta" shares.

Concluded agreement foresees that JSC "Balta" shares will be registered

back on name of AS BASTIONS ZS by the end of year 2000.
