JSC "Rigas Fondu birza" Management board on July 25, 2000 decided:

1.  in  compliance  with  Enforcement Note on Securities Lists part 23,

point  1, to extend submission term for JSC "Balta" quarterly financial

statements to the

30th of next month following the end of accounting period.
