The Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on May 15, 2000:

Following Item I. 4 of the Enforcement Note on Securities Lists, 13 000

AE  series  mortgage  bonds  issued by Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka

shall be listed on the Second list. Nominal value of a bond is LVL 100;

first quotation date shall be May 17, 2000.
