JSC  "Grindeks"  Management  Board  has  signed  contract worth USD 5,5

million with Russian Defence Ministry about supply of medicine. Russian

Defence  Ministry  receives  substantial  discount and hands over claim

against  Latvijas Industriāla banka to Grindeks. These shares are being

capitalised. Therefore JSC "Grindeks" becomes owner of 2 023 577 shares

with  nominal  value  LVL  1  ,  that is, JSC "Grindeks" owns 55,17% of

Latvijas Industriāla banka.
