JSC  "Latvijas Unibanka" hereby annonces that as of today, September 7,

Mr.  Zenon Olbrys resigns from his position as a member of the Board of

Directors  of Unibanka and his duties as the Chief financial officer of

Unibanka.

Mr.  Olbrys  has  accepted the offer from the large shareholders of AKB

"Baltijas Tranzītu Banka" to be nominated the president of the bank.

Unibanka  has already started negotiations with several candidates with

management  experience  in  international  banking regarding the vacant

position of the Chief financial officer in Unibanka.
